• define and implement automated download of the remaining datasets in `datasets.in/datasets-manifest.yml`. The task is defined in `prompts/tasks/01-download-datasets-implement.md`.
• handle voids in the downloaded datasets by filling them from other datasets. Deferred: the ETOPO 2022 dataset has no voids, so void handling is not urgent.
• consider transforming the downloaded datasets to one common format. A single common format is simpler for dependent projects to ingest. The choice of common format is open; candidates need evaluation. Deferred: not a priority while only the ETOPO 2022 dataset is downloaded.
